As you know from prior alerts, the
Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was signed into law by President Trump on March 18, 2020, and are effective this Wednesday, April 1
st.
As required by this legislation, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) will be issuing implementing regulations.
Additionally, as warranted, the DOL will continue to provide compliance assistance to employers and employees on their responsibilities and rights under the FFCRA.
The DOL issued three individual rounds of Q&A’s – which we have compiled into one singular document for your information. Please review as this contains much of the information that we have been waiting for that was not fully addressed in the first and second round of Q&A’s.
