FFCRA Required Notice

Posted by Ed Purcell on March 27, 2020

The recently passed legislation, which takes effect Wednesday April 1st, requires covered employers to post a notice of the FFCRA requirements in a conspicuous place on its premises.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has provided separate versions of this notice for federal and nonfederal employees.

Attached are copies of the non-federal notice for immediate posting. Please contact us directly to obtain a summary of the FAQ’s published with this notice (please review this piece prior to posting the notice in your workplace), the accompanying DOL fact sheet (for information purposes only), as well as a sample EFMLA request form as well.
