Responsible for retaining the existing Property & Casualty business and supporting the sales team in winning new business. Serves as the primary contact with client teams in determining client needs and leads team to deliver the resources needed to satisfy client goals and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manages a specific list of accounts, which may include complex multi-national programs
- Collaborates with the sales team to meet and exceed renewal and new sales goals.
- Provides leadership to Property & Casualty team in managing accounts, including but not limited
to new business and renewal strategy, claims handling & client service with a constant focus on
delivering exceptional results for the client. - Creates, directs, and implements account strategy with the client and the P&C team including
stewardship, pre-renewal, and policy distribution. - Manages the new client onboarding process, which includes verification of policies, understanding
client expectations, and working with the team to exceed those expectations. - Reviews and approved all client deliverables.
Industry Knowledge & Licenses
At least 5 or more years of Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge is required.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and five or more years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills
- Intermediate technical proficiency including Office Suite, with a familiarity of Applied Epic or similar AMS software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently within deadlines.
- Ability to problem-solve, think logically, and work both independently and in a team atmosphere
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead the team with positivity and collaboration.
